Diverse regions

Travel around Brazil in mere steps
Begin by stepping through the piers and experiencing capoeira shows and Frevo festivals in the Northeast, have some acarajé and browse through handmade ceramic goods and artisanal hay decor. Then canoe through rivers in the Amazon forest in the North, stopping to learn more about indigenous tribes native of the region and how their habits influenced Brazilian culture.
In the Central West, watch the Cavalhada and root for your knight in this medieval tournament tradition. Then in the South, where the German influence is so lasting that you can find the largest Oktoberfest in the continent, celebrate this festivity typical of Blumenau. Complete your trip around the country with a walk through the historical center in Paraty in the Southeast, where the iconic architecture and the offset street blocks take you back to the time when pirates were still around.
At Stories of Brazil you can explore a bit of what it’s like to travel all over this enormous nation and learn about their local legends and stories. You’ll surely find yourself adding places you had never considered to your “must visit” list.
